天目超微It is impossible to separate powder particles smaller than a few microns using ordinary sieving methods. The ultrafine powder air classifier can separate ultrafine powders ranging from 0.3-40 μ m. If multiple classifiers are connected in series, ultrafine powders with different particle sizes can be separated at once. Airflow classification is a typical structure that utilizes centrifugal force field classification.

  

Our company's uniquely designed grading wheel allows the mixed materials to be dispersed in the grading zone along with the rising airflow, and generated a horizontal centrifugal force field under the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel. Coarse particles are thrown onto the outer cylinder wall and fall into the discharge outlet below due to the centrifugal force greater than the carrying force of the airflow. Finer particles move towards the center of the rotor, are sucked away by the induced draft fan, and enter the next classifier or are collected by components such as cyclone collectors.

The device has unique structural design features, with the classification chamber located at a certain height from the material inlet and equipped with an expansion zone, forming a unique classification flow field, thereby reducing the powder concentration in the classification zone and facilitating powder classification. The vertical grading wheel built into the equipment generates a horizontal centrifugal force field, which can grade the product particle size without the need for high speed (less than 3000 revolutions per minute, greatly extending the service life of the grading machine). The particle size distribution of the graded product is narrow and uniform.
